Those Over The Bridge

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened."
- Anatole France

Shooter

"Shooter" Marnay's Always on Target
(July 1997-November 2005)

Shooter was our keeper puppy from our very first litter. I have never met a more gentle creature. He was blessed with a pure soul. He was also blessed with about 4 inches too much tongue! You can see it in every picture of him! I will forever miss his happy face and silly ways.

Lula

"Lula" - Monolithic Marnay's BeBop Alula
(May 2001-July 2004)

Lula was not with us for very long but she left a lasting impression. She was a
very pretty girl who loved us dearly.

Maggie

"Maggie" - Britestar's Marnay's Mystique
(July 1994-October 2003)

Maggie was our 14 point wonder! She had both her Majors and just needed a single
point to finish her Championship, but it eluded her. She had to be spayed because of
Pyometria and that ended her quest for a Championship. She graced us with some
wonderful sons, Shooter, Woody, Hudson, Patton, and Red. She was the easiest dog
to live with, very calm and sweet and would do anything for a cookie!

Riley

"Riley" - Ch Britestar's Shadow Boxer
(January 1991-February 2002)

Riley was our very first Mastiff and will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
He taught us so much about the breed and was a pure joy to own and live with. He
adored all children and I wish I had not waited until he was an old dog before I gave
him any of his own. He was the guardian of all the neighborhood children and
puppies.

Puppet

"Puppet" - Brite Star's Princpessa
(April 1991-February 2002)

Puppet came to us as a yearling, she took one step into our home, looked around
and settled into her throne. She never ever did anything wrong in her entire life. She
was my Queen Bee, she ruled her kingdom with a velvet paw and a quiet stare.
She was one of a kind.
